How has your experience at Union been as a student?

“Challenging. I have found the program to be challenging and exhilarating. Every day, I am growing professionally and personally.”

How is the MSOL program helping you to achieve your goals?

“Professionally, my approach is more strategic and systemic. Meetings with my team are more purposeful and interactive. I also hold leadership positions in nonprofits. Before the MSOL program, it was too easy to get off point. Now I lead from a structured viewpoint and engage to accomplish goals. “

What is the best part of the MSOL program?

“The real world experience my cohort offers is invaluable. The discussion forums and comments make one vulnerable but strong enough to implement suggestions.”

Why did you choose Union for your studies?

“Union chose me. This is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I know the skills I am learning will propel me professionally.”
